At Anyvoo, we want to make sure that you get the perfect backdrop to help you look amazing on every web call.
We build each Voodrop in our shop in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, and we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our products.
We warranty your Voodrop to be free from defects for one year from when you purchased it. If something goes wrong, we will replace defective parts free of charge to get you back to a fully functioning Voodrop.*
But what if our Voodrop just “doesn’t work” for you, or you don’t like it after all?
Stock Orders
If you have ordered a Stock Voodrop (side 1 has an Anyvoo design and no logos or customizations, and you selected side 2 as black or green) and don’t absolutely love it, then as long as the Voodrop is in new condition, you may notify us within 15 days of receiving your Voodrop and we’ll process your refund.
We will send you a return label. You will package everything in the original box carefully and send it back to us. We’ll make sure the Voodrop is in new condition and then refund your money, less the cost of return UPS Ground Shipping (typically between $20-30), depending on location and a 10% restocking fee.*
Custom Orders
A customized Voodrop is refundable only if it is defective or if the final product differs materially from the design that was approved in our proof approval process. Please notify us of the problem within 15 days of receiving your Voodrop, and we’ll make sure we resolve the problem with you, either by facilitating a return or producing & shipping a new Voodrop fabric.*
